As you can see on the map, North side of the Dalaran 'shield'...

Circle around the east side.. the west side sends you into sepulcher, and you'll have to swim around the mountain to get to him...

The shield is all over the place .. getting in is impossible .. i swam around the mountain .. no use shield was there .. mountains too high to climb .. dont know how to reach the guy :/

3300 rep, nice, even if the reward is situational at best your getting at least 5k rep and 50g not to mention the trinket itself for doing stuff you'll prolly be doing any way.

Little did I know when I encountered the good Archmage while questing in Dalaran this evening (at lvl 33) that I was standing at a place where well geared high level alliance may appear at any moment. So, having now had my face slapped off, I recommend to those of you lowbies on pvp servers, you might not want to hang around this guy.

Hes from a new faction, which was a secret order that was sent to spy on Medivh when he lived at Karazhan....they have something to do with the new lvl 70 instance...
