They use Toxic Saliva which might be a real pain in the buttcrack for rogues, but it can be Kicked off, Earth Shocked or anything with this sort of effect (Counterspell etc)..

simalar drops to skeletal flayer...exept these people drop more blues and have a chance to drop an epic. More of a pain to fight though....
