If you are doing the Dire Maul Tribute run, Guard Fengus is easily avoided by taking the route to the right of the room where he patrols (you'll see a group of ogres, and then a couple of groups of bugs, then a couple of packs of ogres/dogs). Fengus does not patrol this way, so there's no risk of accidentally aggroing him. Just send up a stealthy type of character to the middle of the room to retrieve the Gordok Courtyard Key and once secured, keep taking the right path until you clear up to the door. Be careful after you finish clearing the bugs as Fengus does patrol up to that corner. Don't forget to visit Fengus again after you've been "crowned" king and receive the "King" buff -- Fengus gives a very nice attack power buff that lasts for two hours!

To punish higher levels for farming Dire Maul, Blizzard has reduced the drop rate for the Gordok Shackle Key (to open the cache) on the bosses to be equal to any of the other ogres. You must kill all to get a chance to get the key.

Hey Guys what Fengur guard really drop's the book
for 8% drop rate or thottbot is just crazy...
I mean come on look all the other's they have like 0,2% or 0,1% drop rate
I hope it is TRUE!

Btw Fengur is the second guard in Dm North and he is walking around the circle "room" where the chest that have a key inside to open the door is...

8.3%? You've got to be joking, look at how many times this version of Guard Fengus has been killed...12, only 12 times.

he doesent got 8% dropp rate on the book, they kill count on the boss is 12 times, and if the book dropped one of those times, it will become 8% dropp rate, untill the kill count goes up :P so i think its normal dropp rate on him
