Once you purchase your epic flight form, you need to speak with this NPC. here is a completed list of the entire quest chain for the epic flight form.

First off, you will need to purchase your epic riding skills from.
Horde. Olrokk.
Alliance.Ilsa Blusterbrew.

Now you need to travel up to moonglade and speak with the druid trainer there.
Loganaar
He will give you a quest to head down to Zangarmarsh.

Once you speak to Morthis Whisperwing you will be given a quest from him.
After completion and turn in, you are send back to Moonglade.

From there you must complete No Mere Dream.

TIP: If you have more then 1 druid in a group doing this quest, multiple spawns of this guy happen. Dont worry if one of them dies, so long as 1 lives untill the end you are ok.

Once that is complete he sends you back to Morthis Whisperwing, Morthis will give you a quest to head to Blades Edge Mountains (BEM)

From Watcher Elaira you will pick up 3 more quests, which are all relatively simple to solo.
The book of the Raven. Eyes in the sky To Catch a Sparrowhawk .

Now she will give you a quest to head to skitties, The Raven Stones.

Once this is turned in you will speak with Arthorn Windsong, who will have 5 quests for you to complete

The Eagle's Essence.
The Falcon's Essence
The Hawk's Essence.
Return to Cenarion Refuge
Chasing the Moonstone

Once those are completed you will get Vanquish the Raven God.
Tip: Bring a back up healer for this fight.

Something to keep in mind... this guy's prices are considerably higher than your home trainer... and your home trainer is just a flight away. It may be worth going home if you are low on money. I've seen price differences of 30%.

It's 90s because of the 10% discount you get with being Honoured (or higher).

something else to consider you can't unlearn talents from this guy. Also you forget about the extra 10% you get for being sergeant or higher with ally or horde faction.

having like 5 high lvls, ive never made a druid and it took me until lvl 20 to be like "wait, why the *!@# isn't there a druid trainer here"

does this guy have all our training levels? or just the 1-6 listed on thottbot?
I dont mind spending a bit more at this guy if I can. I really dont like the NE areas that much & would rather quest & stuff near IF or SW but thats a long way for training. But if this guy (or there seems to be another listed for SW) can train ALL our levels, then that would be great.

I found this guy by an accident at level 12 on my druid (Druidicsense Burning Blade EU). I was looking for the Spirit Bear inside Nightheaven when I discovered him. Never ever got use for knowing where he was, but when I hit level 70 and wanted the Swift Flight Form I just knew that it wasn't useless actually ;P

For Wild Growth Rune in season of discovery you do not grab a quest from Loganaar. You go find the owls and then turn into Loganaar.

On April 8, 2024, 4 days into P3 of Season of Discovery, Loganaar is not in his expected spot in Moonglade. Unsure if the NPC was missing when the phase launched. Not sure when he went missing. Just wanted to leave a comment saying that he's missing, and that at least 5 other druids standing in Moonglade noticed his absence.

Edit- I was here for skill training as a druid, but from comments here and recent discoveries, it seems that Loganaar is part of the P3 Profession quest chain. Seems like the NPC goes missing either because completing his step in the quest removes him from the other layers or players are killing him to reset the NPC across all layers. Or they are just griefing everyone else :^).
