If you are a Rogue trying to solo him at 70 either make sure to pull him DOWN the stairs or you will not be able to use Killing Spree.

When you don't pull him down he runs back and forth through the door of the ziggurat, out of line of sight. I happened to use KS when he did this and ended up getting stuck on the opposite side of the door, unable to use any special attacks and so had to auto attack him from 1/3 health to dead. I assume this also affects Shadowstep so be careful with that as well.

Be lucky and resist Ice Tomb when you solo this guy. Each time you get tombed you can expect to lose about 2500 health to Drain Life. He casts it pretty frequently, and this fight can either be incredibly easy or impossible depending on the dice.

Tactics about this fellow?
Nothing realy take care of adds that are worshipping him before you start.
Aggro can be quite hard for the unexperienced couse his frost spells is harder to aggro,
easily done by a good player at level 69+

The off-hand frill is not that bad if you are about to enter Hellfire... The Fire and Shadow ress isnt that bad because its the most common magical damage in Outland. Its not a bad idea to pick up more items with added fire or shadow resistance next to the normal stats ur class needs...
Especially if you are a tank it might be cool :)

he is the 3ed boss oon baron side (not including the rare spawn)he is on 1 for the greed tower things u have 2 kill him b4 u get in 2 the green thing 2 kill the mob

this boss was named after one of blizzards in-game support managers whos name as well is Maleki..so perhaps yet another tribute/easter egg of blizzards

Adds are pullabel - without agroing boss, at least i soloed him in this way (at 70)

hes a caster... hunters can kill him fast.. i love killing caster mobs...except if they heal.. but no one does

He uses an interesting variation of the mage's ice block; YOU get frozen, and have to sit there for a while while he plays with the rest of your group. Other than that, nothing particularly special.

Edit: He guards one of the spirit towers on undead side. Usually the third and last one hit by Baron runs.

Did it in a 10-man Raid. I am a 55 NE Hunter and Bone Slicing Hatchet dropped. Only other hunter in the raid had 2 already so i got it :)
