i have it on a resto tairen shaman NICE! it is really cool looking and crazy spirit increase NICE! i have 160 spirit and im level 41 NICE! i had troll shaman make me one and all he wanted was the matts and they were easy to get i got them off the ah and gave the matts to him and he made me it for free NICE! im still wearing it and im level 41 NICE!

I REALLY love this mask, but I can't really think who it's for. I guess it's good for non-feral druids in their low 40's. Would be perfect for a shaman, but they get mail at 40 so that would only really make it useful to them for lvl 39. Still it's more fun to wear at parties than that tired old lampshade! XD
