So turn right into the friendly side, make another right when houses end, make another right at the end of those houses, and you will be at the bridge (the one you came past when you entered the main entrance). The DEFINITIVE directions to the alliance first aid trainer in Stromgarde Keep:
**** He sells 3 books: Expert First Aid: Under Wraps (90 silver), Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage (22 silver), Manual: Mageweave Bandage (50 silver) ****

1) Enter the front entrance of Stromgarde Keep.

2) Go under the bridge directly ahead and take the first right (you will see 2 Stromgarde Defenders under the archway).

3) After those first two defenders, take a right at the first tree. Follow that stone path you are on as it continues to curve right past a few buildings.

4) Continue on the path and you will cross over a bridge and then under some ivy tresses. While under the ivy overhang, look right and you will see a well and an NPC. That NPC is Deneb Walker. Huzzah!

or...you could just go right at the entrance (don't enter the keep) and skirt around the wall to the right until you come to a crack in the wall and walk through it and you are in friendly territory...just walk across the bridge. Once across the bridge, turn right and Deneb should be standing there behind the trellis.

Horde can learn to craft these bandages from Pand Stonebinder in Thunder Bluff's Spirit Rise (in the NW).

Alliance, on the other hand, learn these from Shaina Fuller in Stormwind, in the back of the Cathedral in the Cathedral District.
