When you kill the Lich King with a player wearing Shadowmourne in the raid, you will get an additional item - Unsealed Chest. After bringing the chest to Darion he will open it up and let you bring the items back to their respective owners to get your rewards :

Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger - A brand new mount that looks like the Death Knight's class mount.
Muradin's Favor - A 10-minute Frost Dwarf transformation.
Jaina's Locket - A portal to Dalaran on a 1-hour cooldown, you finally have your own pocket mage!
Tabard of the Lightbringer - A tabard with a very shiny on-use effect.
Sylvanas' Music Box - A music box that plays Lament of the Highborne.

I've submitted a screenshot of a GM reply in-game of the following:

"The Sealed Chest item only drops as long as the person on the Shadowmourne quest line has 'The Lich King's Last Stand' in their quest log. Once they complete the quest, the Sealed Chest will no longer drop."

It's ONCE per Shadowmourne, NOT weekly. This will be a fairly rare item.

Alternately, if you dont want to pay exorbitant amounts of gold, you can make a macro with" /script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\GlueScreenMusic\\BCCredits_Lament_of_the_Highborne.mp3") " and the song will play anytime, without the ghosts appearing of course.

I got this item today.

Everyone arround you can hear it, BUT you will only hear it if u got Music sound enabled in soundoptions.

I have it but you *might* be surprised how few people have their music on, especially end-game players who are used to minimizing WoW sound for vent. Sound effect based items (like the Lil' XT pet) are usually heard but most people I've used this in front of whom don't already know about this questline just think I'm releasing ghosts.

i want this so bad. i do the wrathgate chain with every toon i make just to hear that again. i end up shutting off every sound but music in the game when it starts. such a haunting tune. o well, i guess the link above by hoochie for lament of the highborne will have to do for now

Is there a way to get the people around you to hear /script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\GlueScreenMusic\\BCCredits_Lament_of_the_Highborne.mp3") without actually having the music box? That would be nice.
My wife set it up to play the song when she /sing but no one can hear it but her.
