My understanding is that these will drop in 25man and 10man hard modes.

"Now when you want to buy tier 10, you have to use Emblems of Frost to purchase the item level 251 variants. This is the lowest version of tier 10 you can get. In order to get the next level which is item level 264, you'll need to get a class specific token which presumably drops from Icecrown Citadel on 25. It could drop from Icecrown Citadel 10 after taking down Arthas or doing some heroic versions of bosses. We have no idea yet."

This should be like the Trophy of the Crusade, except that now it is class specific and has both heroic and normal versions. Presumably the normal version, dropped by the bosses from ICC on Normal Difficulty, will be turned into level 264 tier 10 items, while the heroic version, dropped by the bosses of ICC on Heroic Difficulty, represents the level 277 tier 10. The level 251 will be bought with just Emblems of Frost. But this is just an educated guess, based on the previous patch, anyway.

T10 (level 251) will cost:
Head: 95 emblems of frost
Shoulders: 60 emblems of frost
Chest: 95 emblems of frost
Gloves: 60 emblems of frost
Pants: 95 emblems of frost

Upgrading to T10.25 (level 264) will cost you for each part 1 Conqueror's/Vanquisher's/Protector's Mark of Sanctification and your T10 piece of the same slot.

Upgrading to T10.5 (level 277) will cost you for each part the heroic version of the Conqueror's/Vanquisher's/Protector's Mark of Sanctification and your T10.25 piece of the same slot.

Has anyone else noticed a voice saying "My my my, aren't you lucky...", when this mark is used to purchase a piece of T10.5? I thought it was a very nice detail.

Boss Number (4), (7), (9), (11) and (12) will drop these tokens in ICC10-Player Heroic and ICC25-Player Normal.
