As for the seasonality, usually, items with a seasonal duration, say they have a seasonal duration. This item does not have such a disclaimer. Therefore I will assume that this will last way past the holiday.

this is an awesome buff!, adds about 100 gs imo. Therefore, if it gets confirmed that it will last past the holiday, it would be a great idea to stock up on this stuff...

I will wait till I get a pro opinion in here though.

If you wear this while standing next to someone wearing perfume, you will get the Love is in the Air-buff.

This can be used at any level - it easily doubles the attack power on my lvl 10 hunter.
And as getting at least five of the tokens a day is possible without ever getting into combat, you can have this up indefinitely, making it great for leveling.
