Just speculation atm, but seems to be the latest addition to the Tourney purchasable items.

This one has the Silver Covenant faction on its label. https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=47874 is released with identical ilvl and stats, and it is associated obviously with the Sunreavers.

The Champions Seals now are used for low ilvl, Naxx-equivalent weapons. I wouldn't be surprised (and actually quite pleased) to see a release of much more powerful gear available at the Tourney. The only question is, what will be needed to purchase these?

Submited a screenshot. I obtained the dagger off 10man normal ToC, off the third boss the "Faction Leaders". Best 550spell power 1h so far for moonkins who dont want the mace off Razor, which is covered in mp5.

Red socket, with crit socket bonus is very nice.

It drop's from 10man (normal) Trial of the Crusader (rolled on this after killing Faction Champions first time). The slightly upgraded version (25 normal) will be the Blade of Tarasque, which indeed will be outperformed by its 25man (heroic) version. At this point I just cannot say if a 10man (heroic) successor exists.
