Is it just me or does blizzard have a hard time coming up with new designs, especially for throwing weapons? i.e. the same throwing axes for 6 seasons of arena gear. and only 1 new model that I can think of since WoTLK came out.

This item is surprisingly BiS for Warriors and pretty much any other melee dps class before Heroic ToC10/25. The low cost make it a good investment, specially if you have a ilvl 219 or lower atm. This item is comparable to https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=47267 but IMO, expertise > haste.

I've got the Rising Sun (Or whatever it was that dropped of FL 25... Can't be bothered to remember) and Papa's Brand New Knife. I'm hit and Expertise capped as an 80 mute rogue (Mastrcapn, Maiev). Would this be a worthwhile investment?
