Holy spec'd Paladins rolling on non-plate caster gear should be at the back of the lootmasters priority list. I think it is reasonable to state that this should not be the case for cloaks.

HL spammers stacking haste to reach the optimum 678 have few cloak options between 219 and drops that occur half-way into ICC. Just because it contains spirit does not mean it is less useful to an HP. When 縛霜者的破碎斗蓬 does drop, try telling all other casters they can't roll on it because it's holy pally gear.
