These are the 2nd BiS for destro and afflic locks in my opinion. they have haste unlike other uld leggings. overload legwraps also have haste.. but with the sockets on these, u will have better pants then that in no time. Demo locks might want to go for the crit since crit is good for them The only pants bttr for locks then these are the t8.5 , Conqueror's Deathbringer Leggings

these are also BoE so u may be able to buy em on AH for 3.5k-8kg... prices range for realms. since r BoE, people would get these gearing up for ulduar too instead of just getting in ulduar. plus it can be used for people trying to get hit capped b4 raiding because u cab put 2 brilliant autums glow gems in if u dont care about bonus and get 32 hit from these.also for extra SP and spirit, using one autums glow, and a runed scarlet ruby, u will activate set bonus, and get to 134 sp which is higher then other leggings

Gorgeous legs for a resto druid due to the plentiful amount of spirit. https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=45482 from Freya on heroic is about the same, with more haste and less spirit. Personally, I just threw 2 runed scarlet rubies in there and let the 6 spirit bonus go.

As a Jewelcrafter, throw in a runed scarlet ruby and a prismatic of your choice, haste, int, or spellpower and still get the bonus.
