i am a bit confused with the uldar itemization regarding plate dps items.

Till recently i used tier 7.5 legs. i replaced them with these but still i am not sure about the change

i mean i have to replace expertise/crit with hit/armor pen. All been said are from fury aspect.

as arms i rly like the armor pen in this piece but too much hit and no crit makes me wonder if those are arms warrior legs

Crit or no crit, arms is my warrior's dps spec, and I love the strength and ArP on these legs. Crit can be picked up practically anywhere. =)

They will certainly do the job until t8.5 or https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=45134 - And I'd only take tier legs over these to complete a set for a bonus.

This is part of an unofficial visual "set" from Ulduar-25 that includes:

These are just the ones that match the color scheme. There are other items from 10-man and hard modes that have the same models but different color palettes.
