Roughly on par with the Tier 8 healing helm for paladins, it's slightly superior crit and stam is eclipsed by set bonuses. look elsewhere if you plan to replace any piece of tier 8, I suspect.

I personally like MP5 more on my gear to heal longer. The only really problem I see is that the Tier 8 2pc bonus is so good so it would be a tough choice.

Only reason https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=46180 would be bettter is if u NEED to put a lousy blue into a slot because of the meta gem otherwise this ugly thing is BIS for holy atm

Eh, unless you're a JC (what Holy paladin isn't?), then you put +27 int into the T8.5 helm.

At that point the difference is 8 crit versus 9 spell power, with the T8.5 also enabling you 2-piece. Granted, the 2-piece isn't that amazing, but it's still extra healing for nothing. Our only correctly itemized T8.5 pieces are shoulder and helm.
