If you plan on PVP'ing in 3.0.2 or WotLK, this glyph is a must have. It allows you to LoS and cast Fear Beast on an enemy pet without a large risk of push back, due to 1.0 attack speed and self haste buffs of the pet. It also allows you to cast Scare Beast on enemy Druid or Shaman in beast form with a reduced risk of push back from their partner.

In any case, it's in your best interest to pick up this glyph.

Unfortunately, we *might* need this for PvP alright. Given that Hunters are not granted the new Spell Pushback mechanics (which give immunity to pushback after two hits) it means that Druids and hunter Pets (the two targets for this spell) can and most likely WILL exploit that fact that you can stall Scare Beast into a cast longer than 2.5 seconds (which would be the cap if we did benefit from the new pushback mechanics).
