It would be interesting if it stacks with other mana gem improvements like the 2 piece bonus from the new naxx10 set for mages. If it does then here is a quick info :

Conjure Mana Gem rank 7 + 2 piece set bonus from naxx10 + glyph = about 5200 mana every 2 minutes. LOL
No more OOM with this puppy

I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

Well actually at lvl 80 we won't be using the mage trinket from SSC because would be pointless. For example have you seen a serious dps caster class with a 60 lvl items now ?

https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=19379 is still quite popular for casters who kept it from BWL because the hit frees up gem slots for spell power and haste. I know a couple of mages in Sunwell who use it.

So, how does this stack with the set bonus?

I.e is it 50% (40 + 10)
Or is it 44%? (40 + 10%)

Wow they really buffed this one! About time I'd say, it used to be the contender for "worst major glyph in the game".
