If you go out of BB and go north/up and then go east/left when you get to the BB guys go to the water and then head North/up. The coast will end, watch out for 44/45 elite giant, and you will go up two small hills with gorillas. Keep along the coast and you will find the ruins. If you along the coast and come back around to the far corner from that path, he is one of two standing in a archway. Hope this helps.

npc is found at the Ruins of Aboraz, the entrance for which is within the area of STV sectioned off by the Gurubashi Arena, just south of the Ruins of Jubuwal (coords 34,55)
