where are the plans dropped?

I got them dropped in Arathi Highlands off of a Raptor of some kind. I am sure it is a really low drop rate because I was in there killing raptors for a few hours before I got the plans.

The plans droped for me in Dustwallow Marsh.... Then again i got about 7 green drops there. All while looking for a lady for a warlock quest

droped in stv off a 34 trol was the 2nd one i killed so most have been luck
