Had it drop in regular last night.

I expect this is *supposed* to be a heroic drop, but the loot tables for random trash BOE items hasn't been settled just yet. Expect these to stop dropping in regular in the next content patch. It is surely unintended.

As for the belt itself, it ties with Skadi's Iron Belt for the best pre-epic tanking belt you can get your hands on. Skadi's has superior BV and a red socket, but this would provide more avoidance. Totally worth a belt buckle, both of them. They will last you a good while.

Edit: To those downrating, I'm not sure why. There's nothing irrelevant in this post. If you think you're supposed to be getting a zone-specific level 80 item off of level 74 trash, you should really think again. The item was obviously meant to drop for heroic groups. Hiding a comment by downranking will not save the belt from being restricted to its proper loot table. It has been reported on the bug forums already as it is.

Had this drop in a heroic run today. So, with the above comments, can confirm that it drops in both Normal and Heroic. For now.

Hi, I recently made a DK, now level 69, and am gonna make him a tank later, this seems the best pre-naxx belt, can't seem to find anywhere wether or not this drops from heroic AND normal or just from heroic?

Would apreciate the answer, and if theres an alternative or even better tank dk belt, feel free to correct me.
