This seems like a very fun and useful item to lighten the mood during raids. It apparently gives a buff of unknown effect to the party(whether it applies to the entire raid is unknown), so if you are in a raiding guild this would be an excellent item to pick up. It is quite similar to https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=32864 so it is a possibility that this item can be obtained through rep during the Brewfest event, or a spawned boss like https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=23682 for the Hallow's End event.

As this gives a substantial amount of stamina for a trinket, this seems like a good trinket for tanks (and possibly warlocks, confirmation of this would be great). In my opinion, this could be especially useful for druid tanks who have just started gearing themselves and in lack of health. Good luck obtaining this when it comes out!

Got it on the third kill. I think I was server first on Stormscale.

Really good trinket, the conjured beer from the /wave is unique so you have to drink and wave really fast. She disappears after ~15-20 sec.

The buff gives 71hp/2s to all party members, not to an entire raid. But the beer summoning works for anyone! :D

The 45 Stamina may come in handy for badly or medium-geared tanks, but that doesn't mean that this is a tank item. There are better trinkets out there, and the trinket from Netherwing gives 45 Stamina, too. This trinket is a very cool and fun one and therefore, you can't say "I need it, I'm a tank." Everyone can Need on this item, IMO.

This along with its twin are absolutely beautiful for druid tanks. I was dreading spending 5k on flight training only to grind to revered of netherwing for one of these.

Now I have two. This one and the balebrew charm (watch the drops carefully, you can't wear TWO of the Brightbrew charms but you CAN wear the Balebrew AND the Brightbrew charms at the same time since they are different items)

Unlike commanders badge trinket and a few others, this CAN b used in arena... Lost to a druid/rogue not only cause of them but madin smashing me while shammy dieing by rogue.

p.s. think other one works to.. Didnt check if they had aura but guessing both work

The Brewmaiden says "Do you want to live forever?" when she appears.

This is a direct reference to the movie Conan the Barbarian, when Conan has a vision of his fallen lover Valeria. She asks this same question of him. Also, both the Brewmaiden and Valeria are ghostly women clad in battle armor, appearing on the field of battle, primarily to inspire courage and valor to their intended audiences.

Both of the Brewmaidens DO NOT SHARE A COOLDOWN. Though triggering one makes the other have a 60-second cooldown instead of the normal 10 minutes.

The maiden will actually fight anything that comes near her. I've been dropping it right behind the spot Coren Direbrew is being tanked and she attacks the adds. Don't think the damage is large but it acts as a bit of CC.

Originally, the trinket was added in the 2008 version of Brewfest (and has higher item level than the "badge" clone trinkets).

Just tested the following:

Threat generated by her damage and healing doesn't go to the person using the trinket.

If she's in melee range she does around 140dps (dependant on enemy level and armour), she'll attack for 170 with her mainhand and 80 with her offhand otherwise she'll just stand still (she can be buffed with blessing of might to increase her dps by ~18).

Her attacks can crit.

She lasts 30 seconds.

Any heals paladins receive from her will apply Spiritual Attunement, including the paladin who uses it!

She heals 15 times, each heal for 71 every 2 seconds for a total of 1065 to each party member.

The heal hits everyone in the party that are in range including herself (range is around 30 yards, if you travel out of range she will stop healing you entirely until you get right next to her again).

Her healing doesn't increase with you wearing spell power or healing power.

This sweet maiden was smacking the dragon Temporus with me as she healed us.

Temporus died fast, but I was surprised that of of the 60k damage I did on him, Maiden did 4K!
