Note that Regal https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=53868 is currently bugged and will cut into https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=53867 instead. You can produce perfect Regals, though.

Unlike Chalcedony, Huge Citrine, Bloodstone, and Sun Crystal, there is really no good outlet for dumping extras of this gem. Green cuts of purple gems only occasionally sell profitably on AH.

Your options for getting rid of these, in approximate order of profitability are:

Sell them in stacks of 1 on AH to people doing the JC daily (very low volume)
Try and sell these cut on AH (good way to lose money on patterns and deposits)
Craft and vendor for 50s/gem while AHing perfect cuts

Additionally, Shadow Crystal Focusing Lens seems to sell a good deal better then the Dark Jade version, and you may be able to get rid of a few of these per week that way.

When in doubt, check prices on your economy.

TL;DR - just set to "create all" and go get some lunch, vendor when you get back. It's probably not worth the time/effort to do otherwise.

I have found that on my server these typically are auctioned off uncut for less than 50s a piece, but when you cut them they vendor for 50s. That means you can buy them and cut them to vendor them turning a small profit. In addition to that when you get a "Perfect" they vendor for 1g each. Nice way to make ~20 or so silver per if you get them cheap.
