Gives you a buff called Breath Freeze which makes your breath visible as if it were very cold outside.
December 2008 Brew of the Month. If you still have yours from killing Ahune, they do not count towards the Brew of the Year achievement. The brew of the month version is actually a different item (link).

When you drink this, it gives you a debuff called Breath Freeze. It doesn't do much, but it does make it so when you're breathing in and out, you see it - Similar to cold environements like Winterspring.

The Chilled buff works mostly like a mage's Ice Block, except that it's longer, only gives a (shorter) debuff after it's worn out/removed, and it doesn't actually make you immune to anything but acting :P

Currently, if you use this while jumping or falling you will actually move out of the ice block but still remain frozen and have a suspended (and empty) block of ice in mid-air.

This drink causes you to be able to see your breath as your character breathes, like how you normally would on a cold day in real life. This doesn't do anything else other than what is listed here.
