seems to be new primals for wrath but with an element of essences from enchanting in that it can be switched from eternal (primal) form to crystalized (mote) form.

Eternals or Crystalized items are used in all crafting proffesions besides inscription (according to wowhead). Some inscription recipes later might have it. It is known to be used in Enchanting, Blacksmithing, Engineering, Jewelcrafting, tailoring and maybe leatherworking (although eternal/crystalized earth's aren't)

A good place i found was in Sholazar Basin to the far left along the coast. There are quite alot of elementals up their such as Water Elementals, Earth Elementals and Air Elementals. The fire Elementals are either at Borean or at Storm Peaks. Anyways the drop rate on the airs is not too bad at Sholazar Basin.

The "Created by" tab shows that it requires 9 Crystallized Earth to create an Eternal Earth, however the way Blizzards spell works is a little misleading.

You "Use" one of the Crystallized Earth's which casts a spell that requires another 9 to create an Eternal. It requires 10 in total.

...this has a new icon on 3.0.8 PTR, has a yellow hue to it.

Formany farmers it might be messy to compromise all your "crystalized ***" to not soak up the bag space.
I thoguht this could be easy solved. Here is a very simple but useful macro for compromising you crystals to eternals:

In 3.3.3, a Gnome named "Frozo the Renowned" Will come to dalaran on his flying carpet, Camping himself at Dalaran Magus Commerce Exchange, selling Eternal earths along with the other eternals for a Frozen orb each.
