Apparently the schematics arnt listed on the rep-reward vendor on the test realm so I'd imagine the schematics would be rewarded from a class specific quest since there are 11 different types of goggles. On this other hand that would likely mean that each class could only get 1 of their possible goggle choices which would mean you could never get the alternatives if you decided to respec (Shamans for instance have a choice of 3 different types). I really hope this isnt a trash-mob drop because trying to find my Khorium Scope schematic was maddening enough, it'd be infinately worse if I had to farm mobs for hours and then find the wrong goggle schematic for my spec.

I heard a rumor that it'll drop in the new 25-man raid dungeon. I really wouldnt be surprised at this because it would stop players from getting such a powerful epic too early. Otherwise all you'd really need to get these is to be able to do heroics for Primal Nethers, which really isnt too difficult, even a player who's just hit lv70 can be dragged through a heroic dungeon by 4 players with better gear.

How come these goggles are so incredibly much better than the cloth equivalent? Not to mention Ele Shammies have the most spell hit from talents of all spellcaster classes (12% with ToW out). Any raiding warlock or even mage would gladly throw away that little int on the cloth goggles in favour for the large increase in crit and, most notably 25 spell hit rating (!). For the love of gawd blizz make this cloth! D:

I just bought the plans off the AH for 5k gold, Worth every penny IMO.
From what i can see, they're actually better then T6 for an Ele shaman.
I highly recommend them!

if anyone gets this schematic or it them on their server on the alliance side i will buy them for almost any price. just make a toon on moon guard alliance and send a tell to Jerious. I will figure out a way to get it.

Save your money, folks. These are handily beaten by https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=42555 in WotLK and the upgrade requires only level 72 and really cheap mats (yes, even on beta servers they're mad cheap).

Compared to these, the new upgrade gives:

+8 Stamina
+60 Intellect
+20 more Spell Crit
+16 more Spell Dmg
-25 Spell Hit
Yellow Socket instead of a Blue Socket
+8 Spell Crit socket bonus instead of +5 Spell Dmg
