My previous post is a bit inaccurate considering the changes from the new patches. With a Delicate Fire Ruby (unique-equip +12agi) and 2 Delicate Crimson Spinel (+10agi) and also the nethercleft enchant.. it's possible to get 85agi from these pants.

so with enchant it would be:

40stam
Equip: Attack Power +76
Equpi: Ranged Skill Rating +16

In case you're wondering:

16 bow/gun/xbow skill rating=16/3,9=~4 weaponskill (shows and counts as 4).

+4 weaponskill means you need 7,4% hit against a 73/boss as a hunter (117 hit rating=7,42%).

This, along with all loot dropping from both Kazzak and Doomwalker will be BoE in 2.4 apparently... see this post by a blue for confirmation.

One of the absolute best dps leggings for a hunter... and the best Survival legs for pure Agi stacking... is now BoE... this'll prolly fetch one heck of a price, however.

With +8 agility gems, this gives a hunter:

65 agility (raw stat useful to Survival hunters)
1.01% hit
141 attack power
1.63% crit
870 armor
2.45% dodge

If you get Blessing of Kings, this goes up to

71.5 agility
147.5 attack power
1.79% crit
883 armor
2.70% dodge

Zero stamina, intellect, or MP/5.

Great for short fights where you don't take much AoE damage. Also great for raids where a paladin puts down Judgment of Wisdom.

It would be a good compliment to Gladiator gear, which tends to be short on hit rating and attack power, but long on stamina.

Not great for solo grinding or raid fights where you might run out of mana.

These legs have the stats and socket colours hunters wanted to see in end game raiding. These legs are almost as good as the 100 badge legs https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=34914. Definantly worth it to consider putting 10 agi gems in these sockets if you can't reach end-game content. 71 agility is massive!

Very potent PvE legs, with 3x bright living ruby, these pants will have a total AP of 147, that is seriously a lot for just one slot.

Got these on my hunter today when we downed Kazzak on EU Aerie Peak. We were taking turns with a bunch of hordies that were trying it, and they were looking good til all teh trash respawned on them :D

In any case, I'm very happy with em, gonna fill em with atk power gems.

i got these today in a pug group...more then happy...adds 157 ap, 75 agil, 2.04 crit%...so its a real nice peice for any hunter, but im survial so it helps me a ton...those stats were straight from my char sheet, un buffed...just a little math...i have 3x +8 agil gems and surv spec adds a bit too...happy hunting
