Things like this would be so much nice if Blessing of Sanctuary damage would scale up with block amount. Otherwise, I'd rather have some pure mitigation for raid tanking. Saving 33 damage on a 5K hit is a drop in the bucket.

It is still a very nice piece though. 48 stamina is amazing and with 2 sockets you could add your own defense, dodge, parry or agility gems.

2nd best pure paladin belt in the game, first being the belt off Gurtogg Bloodboil in Black Temple .

This belt is ridiculously easy to get made and disgustingly good. Has all the stats a pally tank needs....defense, high stam, int, +block/+dmg for more threat gen and best of all 2 sockets (I ginored the colors and used 2x 12stam).

I just had one crafted for my pally alt who's been 70 for 4 whole days. Besides the vortices (my main has more badges than she knows what to do with) the rest of the mats took 3 hours to farm total with the hardest part being the waters (with fishing its even easier).

As a 70 tankadin your first priority should be to get this made...it'll last you until BT/MH and if you're only planning on doing heroics, you'll never have to replace it.

As most people post stuff about Kara, Black Temple or whatever Raid and Heroic instance, this item needs none of the above. Just someone to craft it.
Like me, I don't have time, or feel much for the heroics and raids in WoW, but I like tanking.
A great item for the casual gamer.

Get the mats, find a BS who's willing to craft it for you, tip him and be happy with your new epic. :}

Mats are easily gathered, especially now that Nether Vortexes can be bought for 15 BoJ's. I just bought the mats earlier today for my alt pala, and it didn't cost me more than the adamantite bars and primal earths, as I can't be arsed to actually pay for something as common as primal water. I bought the primal earth simply because it's so cheap.

I guess this goes for all servers.

Apparently Blizz missed this one...or wowhead isn't updated. I haven't seen many (if any) epic tanking belts with spell power still on them in place of strength.

Well, blizz have now updated it, and it's one of the best tank belts for both warriors and paladins at 70 now. Whilst the drops in T6 instances are better, this belt is probably the best of the 4 i-level 128 tanking belts. I'd even go so far as to use it over the t6-level badge belt with expertise, depending on how close to the expertise cap you are.

Strength, Stamina, Defense and Block Value... very nice itemisation now. Just a shame any poor warriors who want one will have such tremendous difficulty finding matching armor so it doesnt stick out like a pink and blue sore thumb.

+48stam
+13int (the one displayed here is +24str)
red & yellow socket
+19 def rating
+21 spell damage/healing
+33 block value

if the stat is as shown here, then it would be a warrior's tanking belt
