This shoulders are nice specially if you happen to get them at around level 59. But if for some unknown reason you havent had a chance to pick these up (like my lazy self) and you reach level to 62 get these from Zangarmarsh:

https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=25925 with the right gems they would have equal amount of dmg while still giving you some crit, but in my opinion these are nice upgrade for warlocks anyways :)

Easy to get item for 59 caster twinks. The quest is obtainable at 59 and a full run of ramperts adds 1/3 to a 1/2 a level

Very nice shoulders, especially considering how easily they are acquired. Plus they look really cool, in my opinion. I'm still using them on my 64 Holy Priest... not made for healing, but I won't be getting anything better till level 66 or so.
