Tel'athion doesn't appear until you click one of the barrels in front of his little camp site. As you slay him, two water elementals will come and help you. I had such a hard time looking for him, I didn't know we were suppose to click those barrels.

u should have read the quest it says: "Use the pure water you obtained from Ashenvale to destroy his cache of barrels. That will be sure to bring him out." WOW people in this days dont read....

If your a lvl 20 Shammy then dont bother attacking Tel'athion straight up, you need to heal yourself constantly if your to survive, the water elements do enough dps to take him down

the barrel ar at 25.9 41.9, you need to right click on a barrel, Tel'athion will respawn. 10sec after you will duel him, you will have 2 #$%^ elemental comnig help you, not really helping, but donig maybe 3-4dmg. he will do a frost nova and back up when he will loose 3/4 of his life.
Realy easy to solo, dont even lost the half of my life and he was dead ...
