Abandon the quest and start over again!

i used up the charges on the swoop, then i abandoned the quest and got it again, but it still had 0 charges! What do i do now?

Throwing away the taming rod then abandoning the quest and then starting the quest over totally worked for me. Thanks guys...

I used my charges up, destroyed the rod and restared the quest...it still told me that I needed the bleedin' rod! Ive even contacted the gm and he stated the same....Stucj!

This rod is presently bugged and is marked as a Main Hand weapon with 1 - 0 damage. So when you click it, you equip it instead.

You can get around the problem and complete the quest by equipping it, waiting 30 seconds, and then using it on a scorpid while it's equipped.

Since it doesn't have a graphic it looks like a cube with a blue and white checkerboard pattern. Looks sweet!

hey, i have to tame a surf crawler..I tamed a dire mottled boar already..that was no problem. but when i try to tame a pygme surf crawler it doesn't work and i see the line 'invalid target' but i know for sure these are the right ones. what can i do? (I do have enough charges)

the hunter trainer tell me I dont have reqeuirement and tthe quest gone i dont what i must to do pls help me.....

I am playing WoW on a free server and i am a 12lv Blood Elf Hunter. I spoke with my HUnter trainer in Silvermoon City I went to the other place and spoke with the girl who told me to Tame a Beast and she said that she gives me a Taming Rod, but HERE IS THE PROBLEM i don't have a Taming ROd and in the Quest Log I don't have the quest ( Tame the Beat) at all!1 What should i do PLEASE someone help me. I can not abandon the quest because I don't have it in my quest log

I have to tame a Large Crag Boar and have a problem with it disappearing after about 10 or 11 minutes of have it. Now by disappearing I don't mean I am going to fast for it or it wonders off. It literally disapears. Any advise?
