This shield is part of the starting outfit for a Human, Night Elf, or Gnome Warrior; they also all wield a Worn Shortsword.

The other items in the outfit for Humans and Gnomes are Recruit's Boots Recruit's Pants, and Recruit's Shirt.

The other items for Night Elves are Recruit's Shirt, Recruit's Pants and Recruit's Boots. (The names are the same, but they have a different graphic.)

OMFG that thing is better then the Grand Marshal shield.....btw Mr. Mage you can go use a warrior for a shield. they dont call us meat walls for nothing

I got this beauty in MC off rag so mi decided to go solo ony with it. I went in and wehn she attacked me (lvl 1 warrior btw full tier-100) i got the death messgae (you no the one with the release spirit) So i figured that what happened was it absorbed all the damage sent it back at ony who couldnt contain it and spewed it into a diffrent dimension. Then a ethereal spirit from that dimesion got pissed and inhabited the shield which exploded unleashing pure energy that went into the core of the world which centers at ONy's lair so it erupted and hit me and i died. IN conclusion 1337 shield

This is the whole games WORST shield.. Lvl 1 gets many better ones.. IT SUCKS! :)
