Might i add that at lvl 18 a repeatable quest comes available for "rotting hearts" and one for"spinal dust" if u are planning on twinking and dont want to pass out of lvl 19 grind these on a main or other character and then trade them over. You will only get xp for the first hand in so u wont need to worry bout going past 19.

You can get exalted with Tranquillien near the end of level 18 if you try for it. So if you want this on a twink, dont get too much rested and do most of the Tranquillien quests (if you do it right you are able to skip out on a few).

This wouldn't last against the "Sentry Cloak" for twinks :) except for caster classes, then this would be the best choice.

Will repeatable quests always give out 500rep per turn in regardless of the lvl of your character?

Asking coz my twink is lvl 18 warrior and hasn't done any BE zone quests yet so isn't gonna get 1k rep per quest.

If you want this for a twink, think about this - You can get sentry cloak with a +3 agi on it and it would own this... only a 2 stam (20hp) dif. and u get the extra 7 agi, adding a little armor and almost 1% crit... if ur going rogue, def. use sentry cloak (linked here - https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=2059 ) however, for a caster that needs the stam, def. go with this

I am currently level 17 and only 5750 rep away from exalted. I have one quest that is a chain of 3 quests and altogether will give me 6250 rep. So yeah it is easy getting rep and geting to exalted with tranquillion.

If you need help getting Tranquillion rep, use this guide https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/faction=922#quests:0+3+1+2. Its arranges from lowest level requirement quest to highest so you dont over level your twink. And of course get your high level buddy to run you threw these quests with ease.

there is now a better stam cloak its from the bag of helpful goods er.. whatever its called from dungeon finder.. i did rfc at level 15 and opened my bag and there it was tultuous cloak of stamina. has 8 stam not that much of a difference but its worth it

Alliance have to search for rare drops or pay exhorbitant prices on AH to get anything in the region of this quality of low level item.

You start questing in tranquill at level 10. You can hit exalted by level 17. Then you have one more quest chain to do for the sin'dori warblade. melts faces!

you only quest in tranquillien around lvl 20s, so no it would not be avaliable for higher lvls. its meant to be a reward for people of that lvl who do all of the tranquillien quests. wouldnt make any sense for a lvl 40 to have a cloak from a starting area, or for it to be sold there.

getting this one for my 19 rogue twink, very good stam, free unlike the sentry cloak (essentially) and can always throw an enchant on it.

This is perfect, I repeat perfect for a twink warrior. As a matter of fact, it's great for any 19 twink. Rogues would prefer Sentry Cloak, and maybe hunters too (although this cloak can just have a +3 agility on it), and maybe a caster would want some intellect.
But this competes with the Sentry Cloak and looks nice (unless I'm thinking of the wrong cloak).
Even questing for it isn't a problem: it only takes 3-4 levels or so to hit exalted, leaving plenty of levels for getting instance gear.

Yes, i begun to quest there at level 14 i almost got honerd at once, when i reached almost 17 i'v done all the quests and was Eaxalted. GL and HF Guys ;)

This cloak is awesome for 10-19 WSG flag running. Its very easy to get since you get about 1k or more rep with Tranquillien for nearly every quest and yes you can get it before lvl 20. Its also 10 times cheaper then Sentry Cloak and has more stamina than any other cloak out there. For a Warrior twink this cloak is the best and is still good for rogues who dont want to shell out the money for the Sentry Cloak. Unfortunatly its only for the horde.

I'm level 19 exalted, the Traitor's Destruction quest gives you 8k rep which makes it a piece of cake to get exhalted. You'll easily be it by the time you finish with Tranquillien.

This can't be disenchanted, it's a reputation reward.

I did the Spinal Dust and Rotten Hearts quests from honored to exalted. Just usa a high lvl charr and grind the quest items, they can be sendt by post.
