Picked this up last night. The perfect combination of healing and mana regen (godly mana regen on a neck).

Skwol, btw, is arguably the hardest Lord -- we 15 manned him, and the fight took almost 5 minutes. The High marshall took about half the time and we weren't stressed for heals as much. Tho we did have an alli pally running around during Skwol doing his best to disrupt us and ... dps?

btw: These greater windstones respawn in 3 hours. So summon 3 Lords, do AQ20, then come back and do 3 more Lords =D

Drops from Lord Skwol (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=15305), IMO the hardest of the Twilight Council.
A hydra that Spams AoE Poison For Large amounts of dmg.

This necklace is one of the best healing necks imo pre-AQ
I even prefer this over Pendant of the Fallen Dragon (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=19371) from BWL.
It Requires you to be revered with Cenarion Circle to summon the Lords.

Imho better than: 龍魂墜飾 - for any healerclass (pala priest druid shaman)

but druids benefit most from +heal (full +heal for rejenuvation and healing touch)

Actually druids only get 80% +heal for rejuvenation, unless you have 8/8 Stormrage.
