The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the Hallow's End candy, these have no duration. However, you can only use the wand 5 times before it disappears.

These used to be instant-cast, but now the effect takes 3 seconds to cast onto the selected party member. In gnome form, you can attack and cast spells as well as take damage without the effect wearing off.

As there is no female leper gnomes, the female characters get changed into male leper gnomes.

Funny thing for warriors:
If you change stances your face will be changed randomly each time!
This "glitch" also applies to "Thick or Threat" given you by any Innkeeper during Hallow's End.

Using this or any other Hallow's End wand will flag you for PvP if the target is flagged for PvP.

The Innkeeper in Org turned me into one of these...I had a blast while it lasted /train!

I was on my lvl 39 BE hunter when some random lvl 70 troll rogue partied me and turned me into a gnome. So much fun running around Org being smaller than my cat.

Does the character keep his abilities and so on ? This wand or the other ones sounds great for massive raids and so on, the enemy can't guess your character's classes before entering in action...

this sucks, it's Soulbound and you can't use it on yourself, so you have to find someone who has this and makes you a Gnome (btw I have one for Ninjas)
