Good for warriors and paladins, tank or DPS. Compared to other plate equips, anyway. Unless you're heading for the level 48 ones and don't wanna spend the honor and tokens for this baby, you should get it once you can; its a worthwhile bonus.

Oh thanks you blizzard for making the nest one after 28 just 40, no one PVP's at 39! That's a myth! Oh well, with 7 stam the 28 ones are still the best at that level. And the sexiest. And FIRST POST FIRST POST.
