This item is a pretty good item while leveling if you happen to have enough Arathi Basin Marks of Honor (you need twenty) to get this item. The increased spelldamage isn't seen often around this level on boots. While indoors your run speed is increased. When patch 2.4.3 comes out mounts will be moved to level thirty so there will be no large advantage while questing/running to new flight paths etc because you'd have a mount but this still can come in handy saving fractions of seconds while running mob to mob (it adds up).

Defilers = Arathi Basin, means u have to be revered with your AB faction and then you can buy this from the AB vendor

Just got them - very nice %8 more speed - does not stack with + speed enchant so spur em up.

As of the 2.0.1 patch, you no longer need to be revered with the Defilers to wear these.

ive been 2 the place were it gives u on a map and its full of horde can u get these if ur alliance

Arathi Basin really is just owned by the horde, last time I was in there I didn't die once. Given how long each round takes though (20-30 min), I just wish it didn't take 20 marks of honor (minimum 7 rounds, 3 marks of honor per win) to pick up something. The loot is outrageous enough to make it worth it tho.

i got the 20 marks of honour in about 1.5 hours so it would take a lvl 28 lock about the same (which i am ) :D
