This is rewarded to you in a "Talk and It's Finished" style quest, which requires Friendly reputation with the Zandalar Tribe. Every rep level you get, you can go back to your class-armor vendor to get this upgraded, turning into these.

Revered Reputation
Exalted Reputation

The Exalted piece is one of the pieces for the Zul'Gurub raiding set. The set can be used to nicely compliment a tier set, and has bonuses that usually lean towards PVP, although a bit situational. Although these ARE epics, they tend to be on the lower end of Classic Epics.

Edit: To add to this, I just found out these quests DO in fact, add to your total quests completed.

another thing to remember is that anastari heirloom only increases shadow dmg, so sacraficing 2 stamina is way worth it to gain 14 fire spell damage and a shadow damage, not to mention some intellect.

This item is not rolled on, and does not drop from any mob. It is awarded to you for reaching a certain level of faction with the Zandalar tribe.
At every new Zandalar faction level you are eligible to receive a new amulet from an NPC on Yojamba island. You simply turn in your old amulet, and you are given a new one. The better your faction, the better the amulet:
Friendly: Uncommon amulet
Honored: Rare amulet
Revered: Better Rare amulet
Exlated: Epic amulet

Lore! You can never get enough of it can you? Well, here's a bit lore about why is this item named as it is- Kezan was an isle south of the main troll island of Zandalar. Trolls lived happily on Kezan until goblins came there and fought them out of there, and built the goblin capital of Undermine. So i guess the trolls see Kezan as a taint and since warlocks are all about that they saw it fit to name the above item as they did

umm... kezan is the island where the goblins come form, not a person lol also there are trolls there, just a curse-like thingy

What I've gathered so far is, they just give this to you when you become friendly, and give you a better one over time. That is pretty sweet, especially for a lock like me, who never seems to have more than 20 gold for spending at a time...

Locks can heal themselves too ya know. Death Coil....Drain Life....Siphon Life. Those all go with it and they count as dmg too, but you dont get both boosts.

I wouldn't recommend throwing it away, since our ZG set's neck piece is called "Kezan's Unstoppable Taint"

Whats the deal in picking this up, i understand that you get upgrades with increased rep with Zandalar tribe, but i'm still missing picking up the green Kezan's Taint.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
