If your a level 60 and cant solo Noxxion you got a problem. im 60, i have almost full T1 armor but i used my Valor set and he goes down like nothing. Dont really need to use up ur 30 min skill but if u have to just use retaliation and whirlwind on the adds. Its all about knowing how to play ur class. If u cant solo him cus u suck dont go around saying he cant be killed. and if ur HP sucks and u cant stay alive thats wat pots are for

Before people blow their load because they can solo Noxx and people in better gear claim they can't should take into consideration a considerable amount of change has happened to gear, specs and boss difficulty in the past 5 months.

Mara isn't all that hard, many people have soloed Princess as well.

This is really more like 100% drop rate. NO heart of noxxion so far but 4 of these....

drop rate for these items is actually 32.5% drop rate. Please update ur items more often. Atlas Loot Enhanced is not wrong so please keep up and prove noobs like @gondoin@ that he is wrong.

When this dropped it was definatly a great improvement compared to my old bracers, probably going to use it for a while. Also the Nature resistance can come in handy in the instance, especially combined with the hunter's nature resistance spell I lost the name off ^^;;
