I'm guessing that there is no longer a quest in Orgrimmar to lead you here, because I have not received one. But I still have 40 emblems in my bank that I suppose I'll be holding until Blizzard implements hero classes. Still a nifty place to go, though, especially for young rogues in Hillsbrad who don't want to fly where ever it is they go to train or buy poison reagents :)

Had to turn in 28 Syndicate Emblem for the Ravenholdt Guards to turn from Nutural (yellow) to Friendly (green). So, collect at least 30 Emblems from Syndicates.

I was able to turn in a max of 12 to get to friendly as a non-human.

All I did was pickpocket them until I had 30, I went to the person and turned in 10 of them and I was friendly. (I am a human, so i gain reputation faster)
Now I have 20 in my bag, and Fahrad will not talk. The Ravenholdt Assassins told me to talk to Winston, but he will not speak at all.

you only need 12-13 to get frendly with them after that you wont need these any more.

As a human rogue you need 10 of them to get to friendly :) gonna be 12 as a non-human

They have changed this... used to be +100 rep per turn in, now you get +250 rep for each of these you turn in... so i only needed 12.

This was a pretty easy quest because i have imp sap.
All you have to do is sap,pickpocket then move on to the next. Found some good items in their pockets too.

When I went to the rogue trainer in Undercity to get trained for lvl 24, there was a new speech bubble along with the unlearn-talent one and the where-to-lockpick one. The trainer says they have something for you, and you click on the new speech bubble (I think it said "Can I have it?" or similar). They give you an item that starts the 'find Ravenholdt' quest. I assume this is true of any horde rogue trainer. The trainer did not have a yellow exclamation point to show me he had a quest. You have to watch for it.

I have tunred in alot of these, just enough to get out of normal status, now I don't know where to turn them in. I have 7 left and no place to take them.

I harvest 45 of these and it was overkill, I ended with 33, each marks gives 250 rep, and they can only be turned in until you are friendly status with ravenhodlt.

Once you are friendly with Ravenholdt the quest will no longer be available to turn in these items. The emblems may be safely discarded.

Macro to accept and complete quest.
/click GossipTitleButton1
/click QuestFrameCompleteButton
/click QuestFrameCompleteQuestButton

For faster usage I recommend to bind "interact with target" in "Key Bindings -> Targeting" and place this macro on keybinded slot.

Then you interact with quest giver and call this macro three times. Four key presses in total.

As of 1-16-2020 I did this quest. I classic wow you only get 100 rep per emblem so you need around 30

Here is what you get for turning these in...
"Hello!"
"Hey there!"
"Need help?"
"What can I do for you?"
"Can I help you?"
"C'ya round."
"Well met."
"Be careful!"
"Fare well!"
"Safe travels."

...lol! You only get to turn in one at a time. Is this the complete dialog? Are there any other replies or greetings? We must find out!

Also: I received 110 rep per Emblem (Humans receive a racial bonus towards reputations). I needed to turn in 29 to upgrade to Friendly.

On TBC Classic, each turn in is 250 rep as a rogue.
