To my mind the best hands for lvl 19 mages and warlocks ingame. 2 more armor than Serpent Gloves and Gold-flecked Gloves (otherwise same stats).

Still the best gloves @ 19 for SD... but only 2 armor better then WC and DM/VC drops after 2.3
