I've found out that this item still drops after you have successfully completed the chain quest it starts.
You will get the message "You have completed that quest." so it's safe to delete it in this situation.

Just kill Aean Swiftriver an loot it
Solo it on 27 lvl priest ( twink geared) and skipe others NPC just escape to evade .
Quest still count like yellow on my level and i was happy. :D Happpy face

One to solo the group is if you're near Camp Taurajo as their pathing you can tag any of them and bring them to a guard. Let the guard hold aggro as u wand or auto attack them.
