The drop rate is .4%...of the times that people have Cosmos recording while they run through the instance. If nobody in your group has Cosmso and isn't recording the data for the run, then how could they know what the drop rate is? They can't, so while it may be .4% on here, the actual drop rate I found while farming two for my rogue and my friends rogue, was about 12%. It took us 2 days of farming, about 2-3 hours each, inbetween Alterac Valley's to get two.

Unless you know how thottbot system works, don't just assume it is right. If a piece of wool cloth had only gotten recorded for dropping on one person, then according to thottbot wool cloth would be .000001%, but we all know that would be wrong, the basic rule of thumb is too look at the amount of kills and then judge from there.

To just clear things up: % means 1/100, pro mille means 1/1000 and looks kinda like this 0/oo, as far as I know

For a Twink 30-39 rogue, farm SM Library for Flintrock Shoulders, then run RFD for Quillwardharness, Coldrage Dagger, and Vanquishers Sword. Buy Basilisk Hide pants, advnturers pith helmet, and swampalker leggings,
Ogroms sash and any bracers you want, farm Gnomer for Chargd Gear trinkets.

I wouldnt farm an instance over and over for a BOE drop. better to farm other stuff and just buy it on the AH. I spent weeks in RFD looking for the wolfclaw gloves. Finally I spent a few hours farming with my 60 and sold that loot to buy the BOE I wanted. Was much much faster. Though I have to say I've never seen this piece in the AH. and im sure it wouldnt stay up thier for too long.

i think this a gr8 druid item for one the agility is awsome. it gives plus attack power catform and also gives dodge and armor and stuff. the only sad thing about this item is..... its a *!@#$ to get

The agi on this peice is idea for a feral druid. One it adds to the tanking aspect of bear, bc we can neither block nor parry, adds DPS to bear and cat, so...it really is a /roll peice between rogues and feral druids, but if the druid isnt feral, theyre noob for rolling. Check the other lvl 30 peices.

I PWN Horde, max crit: 600 shred lvl 29 druid. Beleive it!

this item 'requires level 34 but is a 'level 39' item
so can i get stats+6 on it or not?
nope couldn't get stats+6 even with it in a lv 70's enchanters inventory. what a disappointment took me 3 months to find one on AH, and even then had to get one from the 'enemy' AH! now its useless pretty much for a twink item anyway.

why do you want to buy this? Get a nighscape tunic (+15 AGI +6 STA) instead, goes for 5g tops..

This way you can add +6 all stats or some other nifty BC chant, which you CAN'T put on this chest.

Then you have..
+21 AGI
+12 STA
+6 STR
+6 INT
+6 SPI

Seems like a no brainer to me...

id like to say somthing about this.u said that icerage dagger is good for a rogue but its level 44 so for a twink um that sucks #2. Nightscape chest piece is level like 42 again not that handy for a 39 rogue trying to twink#3.um ya the those rockhide or wat ever shoulders from SM BAD DROP RATE for flshhide u can get off gultton or wat ever his name is in BRD.

thats all i have to say really but i hope you all take this for armor this is wat im taking for my rogue Dukaru on server madoran.

Nightscape headband its cool armor with 12 agility and 11 stamina. but than again i'm a combat rogue kk so im just getting that eye of mordresh 11 crit. shoulders-fleshhide 5 str 6 agi and 15 stam im jsut getting a pvp cloak Chest-Quillward harness. bracers lots of this is hard so i had to get a friend to help me with brd and ZF Scorpashi wristbands. im getting swine fists but id like to get um the gloves that the spider drops in tut'kash with nature agil and stam. Theres ogrons sash but i really dont know how to get it. Basilisk pants again ZF. than there worn running boots not the best but 12 agility in uldaman. havent found lots of rings just one so fare Truesilver commander's ring 5 stam? 7 agility and 7 strength. i think im jsut gona get scouts blade and the other dagger sentinal blade well thats my gear but who nose i jsut looked a whole bunch for gear because i have a pvp tam for 39.

again im a level 30 rogue on server manoran (name) Dukaru W me i also have a 60 hunter.

This is in response to the comment made by Salvonus. Dude, do you even play this game? #1. The nightscape tunic's item level is in the 40s, but it can be worn by a level 39 twink. Item level is not tied to the level requirement to wear or use. Same with the coldrage dagger. That dagger (though a level 40 something item) can be used by a 39 twink. Get your facts straight before you pass out information. Quillward harness is an awesome piece, as is the wolffear chestpiece. You get what you get and do the best you can with it.

O.o Well... it IS the perfect example of leather put to it's typical use . . . I mean, ya rogues are badass, but if you get that one warrior on his mount, laughing at you because he's sporting mail and your busting some tight leather pants and THIS harness ( Wolffear harness looks basically the same >.<! )
