If this is anything like Stealing he enemies flame or such "Enemy Capital" World Events expect to die once or perhaps even twice before getting it done as the achievement objectives tend to be fairly well guarded and populated with Alliance after about the first 12 - 18 hours of the achievemnt becoming live.

Well, even if you get killed getting to the table, since sitting is instant, you should be able to rez, sit, and get credit before getting reganked....

You can obtain the clothes required to dress while doing this achievement from any daily in the season holidays.

You cannot sit down on one of the chairs while you are in combat. So make sure you die really close to one of the chairs so you can click it immediately after rezing before you get into combat. After you're sitting down, you can be killed while on the chair, so don't just assume you're safe. :]

What I did was go to Darkshore and catch the boats to Darnassus and then to Exodar, port to stonard(if your not a mage just hearth to dal and take the zep to Grom'gol) ride to Elwynn Forest, if you haven't done
might as well do it on your way, the Stormwind tables are right outside. After that ride through towards the tram to IF, take that and ride outside of IF and sit and your final table for your achievement.
Note: There are a few npc's, forgot there names, that if not killed keep spawning guards. If you want to get it done quick make sure you kill them. =)

Darnassus one was hard to find for me, its not outside of town as you come in, you have to go into town and keep going into the starter zone to the east, the tables are in there.

Stealthers, be wary of the elite guards that see invis. One of them patrols up and down the bridge from the Tradesman's Terrace to the Warrior's Terrace in Darnassus.
I recommend actually riding up to the front gates of Stormwind and Ironforge, rather than stealthing through the cities and taking the tram as you might be used to if you are a rogue or druid. You don't even need to flag for IF/SW. You do need to flag for Darnassus, which is the hardest of them. I can't remember if I had to flag for Exodar or not... there are never any allies at Exodar anyway.

If your server is anything like mine, you might want to consider doing this in the late evening / early morning. In their infinite patience and free time the Alliance players on our server have decided to camp the city tables, and take up every seat.
Ironforge's tables are just outside the city entrance and to the right if you're facing the city. If you climb up the side of the hill rather than running up the road, you might be able to avoid aggro long enough to click a seat. Somehow I managed to do this the second time without flagging. I can't tell you how I did this, however, because I have no idea.
Stormwind's are also on the right facing the city, and the tables are far enough away that you will not flag getting to the seats. I would advise approaching from the nearby lake.
For Darnassus I ran across the water on my mount (Elixir of Water Walking + Pathfinding talent). Ran up into the city, past the tables until the guards dropped aggro, then ran back to sit down. Much the same plan running out. The tables are in the area still inside the city, where the large ent-ish things are standing guard. Very evident once you come down from the Warrior's Terrace.
Exodar was a little tricky. Maybe others have had an easier time. It seems to me if you try to run in from any of the normal entrances to the "courtyard" area, the guards will run after you. Trying to run until they drop aggro won't work because it's such a small area, and there are guards at every entrance. I ran around to the far side, where the wall is broken, jumped up on the wall, and ran past the workers who apparently do not call guards on unfriendly players. You'll flag, but the tables are literally right there, and I doubt anyone is waiting for people to come from that side.
Good luck. :)

Alliance Bountiful Tables coords:
The Exodar - Azuremyst Isle, 34.45
Darnaxxus - Teldrassil, 30.55
Stormwind - Elwynn Forest, 35.50
Ironforge - Dun Morogh, 53.36
All tables are just outside city main entrance.
If you are not stealth class - dont forget to bring good party.

I did this achievement 1h ago with my lvl 80 hunter. Started at Ironforge. Allsy went angry and killed me, but as spirit healer was really close it wasted less than a minute for me. After, i went to deeprun tram and was badly suprised - a couple of 80 allys were waiting. The way to SW was a real pain in the ass - allys killed me 2 times in tram and 2 times in SW + 1 time near table, with guards help. And the closest Spirit Healer for Horde is in Eastvale Logging Camp. Finally, after i got a credit, i went by boat to Darnassus. Suprisingly, nobody was there, so i run in, Feing Deathed to get rid of guards and sat on a chair. Exodar wasnt problematic too.
So if you are not unlucky about Stormwind (like I was) you can do this achievement in less than 1 hour. If ull have to do a couple of Ghost Rides, well, that can make it a lot longer.

Against my better judgment, I did this today on a high pop server in the afternoon on a warlock.
There was a huge group of Alliance outside of Stormwind, grouped up on the quest giver. I came from the east side, jumped down from the little mountain range, and landed on top of a table. No one even looked at me and I was able to mount up and get away without aggroing anything.
Exodar was easy enough. Just approach the area from the side with the mounts lined up. From that area, you can walk straight to the tables without alerting any guards. It should be pretty clear of Alliance anyway.
Darnassus, I had to die to drop aggro from the guards, but I spawned on top of the chair and got credit pretty easily. You could probably run out of Darnassus until the guards reset and then run back in without dying.
Ironforge was swamped with Alliance (that's going to happen everywhere, imo). The path up to Ironforge splits near the top to the right, so you can attempt to run up that ledge undetected. It'll lead you right to the side of the cliff with the tables.

Stormwind
can be completed without being forced to flag by entering a city. If you take the boat to the harbor I recommend jumping off early and going around to the front of Stormwind, then waiting off in the distance for your flag to drop. Then simply run up to the tables. As long as you pick a close one you won't have to worry about guards or being forced to flag.
Ironforge
can also be done without being forced to flag by entering a city.
However you may have to deal with guards while running up the ramp to the city entrance.
Though if you have stealth this one won't be a problem at all. I also got lucky because most of the guards were already dead on the way up, so I simply went around the others.
Exodar
was pretty easy, even avoiding guards. If you're coming from the side the boat is on there's a broken section of wall to the left just before you hit one of the entrances that have guards posted. If you sneak in through there and cut across the road to the tables, you won't aggro anything.
Darnassus
was relatively hard, though the best way I found to do it was once you enter the portal from the boat into the city, run around the northern most edge of Cenarion Enclave. Once you get to the Craftsman Terrace you may aggro some guards while running through. Keep running until you get to the pillars just in front of all the tables, and use those pillars to hide behind while you kill the guards. If you're lucky you'll kill the guards and leave combat without being seen by any players, then just make a run for the nearest table and hope no one sees you!
Hopefully this helps some.

There is a
bug
where people can destroy the chairs, if you are missing chairs, this is what has happened. Wait for Blizzard to fix this.
Please, don't add more chairs are missing comments (or how to do it), only need one. Report the issue in-game.

I am really glad you posted that.
Blizzard has the idea forced PVP is fun. On Proudmoore it is not PVP, is is feeding Alliance honor. There are just too few Horde to call it PVP. Also Proudmoore is us/aussie so there is no slack time of day.
The set up for achievements is done by Blizzard so if you don't think people sitting in the seats to prevent quest completion and forced PVP to get achievements is a good thing be sure to tell them.

This achievement is proving easy enough so far. As expected, I had problems with the guards on the Auberdine dock, but any level 80 can easily take those down, even while only wearing holiday clothes (as I am doing, to lessen any repair costs should I get killed).
Exodar
was the easiest, absolutely no problems there. Generally, the place is deserted, but upon my arrival, there were two level 80 Alliances who seemed to find my arrival an amusing show rather than an opportunity to slaughter an enemy only wearing a holiday robe.
Darnassus
, my second stop, was not all that tricky. I only saw one Alliance player, who was PvP-enabled and yet completely ignored me. The guards were pretty persistant in trying to chop me up, but if you just continuing riding at full pelt through the city to the entrance (and dodge the two guards standing at the link between entrance and main city), you should be out of combat by the time you reach the tables.
And then I just Hearthstoned back to Dalaran, took the portal to Undercity, and then the zeppelin to Grom'Gol, before riding up through Darkshire and Elwynn to reach
Stormwind
. Pretty long way to go, yeah, but from past experience, Stormwind is a vicious place to ride through on Shadowsong-EU, so I like to avoid doing so when I can ;) Getting a seat there was really easy, too, managed to avoid all the guards patrolling, so didn't flag, which must have disappointed the two dozen or so Allies all grouped around the tables :P
And at the time of writing this, I haven't managed to get to
Ironforge
yet. I'm still deciding my route there, since I don't want to have to run through Stormwind
and
Ironforge (considering I get lost in both ...). I like to avoid dying where I can! I shall edit with my Ironforge experience in about a year, when I actually get there...
EDIT
- Okay, so the idea of going a horrificly long way to Ironforge failed, I ended up far too tempted by the shortcut of the Deeprun Tram. Had surprisingly few problems running through Stormwind, for once, only had guards chasing. Ironforge was quite tricky though, I got lost in the city, nearly ended up dying before I could find my way out, and unfortunately, due to the INSANE number of guards in the place, I was still in combat by the time I reached the city, so I just stood next to a chair, waited until the guards killed me (a level 10 human also had a go, I found that far too amusing to kill him - and at least he got an Honourable Kill achievement off me!), and then waited at the Spirit Healer until I was out of PvP, before running back, rezzing right next to the chair, jumping in it, and then Hearthstoning the hell outta there! :D
So yeah, the achievement is pretty easy, depending on the server and the route you take, Darnassus or Ironforge will be the trickiest. Generally Stormwind is quite easy, and Exodar is just a walk in the park.
HAVE FUN!

Another thing to note: you can't sit on the chairs while mounted, so make sure you dismount before trying to sit. This can save you precious seconds in case you are spotted whilst trying to sit down.

You can get Stormwind table credit when you use the table in Goldshire, but that doesn't work for other similar areas like Kharanos in Dun Morogh or Azure Watch at Azuremyst Isle.

I used the "safer" ways. Flew to Badlands and ran to
IF
. The trick here is to crawl up the mountain on the east side of the road to the Gates. The guards didn't aggro until I was already in the seat. Besides, not as many Allies on that side of the platform even when they have duel-o-rama. ;)
Stormwind
, as posted above, went to Goldshire. Persistent guards, but no problem.
Exodar
, I just ran around the city, ignoring the first entrance. After a while there is a little platform with three tables.
Darnassus
. This wasn't new to me as I had explored Teldrassil the week before. I just run straight through the town. Past the bank (the giant tree you see as you port in) and up the slope. Before reaching the top there is a platform on the right side, run by that down to the ground and around the houses towards the far gates. By that time I had no aggro so I simply sat down.
Mission accomplished, at 1 am. I suggest you explore Teldrassil if you haven't already, a good a time as any.

Note that you DO NOT need to eat or gain the Spirit of Sharing buff to get this achievement (as I initially thought... stupid me). All that's required is that you sit at the table with any of the Pilgrim costumes on.
And the Goldshire Bountiful Table gives Stormwind Credit.

Still having troubles with IF? Here's how I did it: took the Booty Bay transporter and on my mount I made way up the mountain. I aggroed some guards and went past the tables along the path running to the east to the lookout point, there are some a wheelbarrow and some coffins there. I stood on the tip of the cliff there and all NPCs chasing me dropped aggro.
I walked over to the table and sat down, getting credit. Again drawing aggro from a guard, I went back to the lookout point and again he ran back to his place.Just for giggles I bodypulled the guard standing next to the steamtank a couple of times but each and everytime I could simply return to that safe spot and I'd be left alone.

Blizzard must have been feeling particularly sadistic with this one, as there are ironforge guards guarding the table in IF and you can't sit in combat.
What's worse is when you get flagged
for no reason.
I didn't step into IF. I didn't attack. I didn't have something like ret aura or thorns. I did absolutely nothing except walk away from the guard who aggroed me and suddenly had 2 DK's ramming their axes up my ass.

Just another tactic for helping you get that annoying seat when alliance are camping. Walk up to their table from the front area and use any ability you can to make you survive longer (deterrence, etc.). After you cast, more of the ones hanging about will likely get up to help kill you as they did twice when I tried this tactic. You will probably die, but after you do so rez on the OPPOSITE side of the table area and quickly sit. Usually they will all be nearer to your corpse waiting to kill you again, and you can get the seat before they realize whats up. Hope this helps anybody having issues!

Easily soloable at any level without much effort. Did it on my 63 Death Knight.
For Darnassus/Stormwind, just ride up, sit down, and move on, easy.
For Ironforge/Exodar, ride up and get to the GY (pretty easy, considering you'll probably die on the way there). Move down towards the table so all 3 guards here are now on you, ride to the very edge of the GY up near the tree there, and they'll leash. While they leash, quickly run down and sit at the table..make sure you dismount or you'll not be able to sit down. You only have about 6 seconds before the guards are fully leashed and will kill you, so you must be quick. Might take a couple tries. Do similar in Exodar except that I didn't really figure out an exact point at which they leash, just wait for them to do so, ride back, dismount, and you win.
Hope this helps.

A tip for Darnassus: coming in from the docks, after you enter the portal, you'll likely aggro the two guards just inside.
Map
Jump in the water on the left side (north) of the bridge and swim forward (east).
-The two guards will drop aggro a few seconds after you jump into the water
Take land just the the left of the main platform separating the Warriors Terrace from the central part of the city.
-There used to be battlemasters just above this area
Run forward across the path and then turn right (south) through the smaller archways right to the tables.
This path will almost guarantee you won't run into any additional guards.

This was so much easier with my 60 Draenei than with my 70 Troll. IF & Exodar do not have any "Spirit of Sharing".
