Don't worry about the place being full of elites. Once you get to the area you'll be turned into ghost form and the elites won't be around in that form, but you do have to worry about the trolls around the area but they are easily killable solo.

You can use your mount in this ghost world, including a flying mount if you're 77 and have ponied up the extra 1,000g (really not that much considering the 5k to epic fly).

Seek the Wind Serpent Goddess

Seek Quetz'lun's Spirit at the Altar of Quetz'lun.

Description

You are prepared, but I'm not certain that you're ready for what is to come.

When you cross back over into Quetz'lun's altar area, you will enter the realm of the dead. From what I can feel of it, it's not going to be pleasant.

Try not to be distracted by what you see in there. Simply head for the altar building and seek out Quetz'lun's Spirit.
