One of the Weekly Raid boss quests that will be avaible in 3.3.
Seems like blizzard wants everyone to get a small amount of the latest Tier of Emblems fairly easy in this patch too but this time the requirements is slightly higher.

Am I the only one fearing what these weekly quests might do? People who are already great geared won't bother going through the entire Naxx, so they'll probably just try to get in any run possible and leave right after Anub'Rekhan has been slain.

You know, I kinda like this new Weekly raid quest idea. Nowadays I see people going directly to ToC farming groups as soon as they hit 80 in order to get some decent gear to partake in more heroics and other high-end raids, all without doing raids like Naxx and Ulduar. Not that it's a problem that they skip all the early raids, it's very nice for people who are making alts.

But a lot of newer players who reach 80 won't be able to see Naxx or Uld as easily as we used to when they were still considered to be fresh content. I'm sure people never have this problem; If they want to do an old raid like Naxx or Uld, they can organize a group if they want to. But would they really want to go through all the explaining and teaching for all the new raiders on how to do certain fights? I'm sure no one wants to teach Dkpwnsu how to do the Thaddeus fight. So naturally, people will start asking for achievements or Gearscore and whatnot.

But hopefully with this new raid quest system, people will allow more people into them with less restrictions. If you only have to kill the first boss of Spider Quarter, why stop there? Maybe one of the newer level 80's could use some gear. Of course, I'm sure people will just kill the boss ASAP and then drop the raid, but maybe people will be more philanthropic and continue the raid.

the only thing i hate about the raid quest so far its always a early boss in raid... there for nobody runs whole raid just to that boss and quite wish it was a later boss in raid so could get ppl to finish it

It's just me or someone else made a TotC raid to kill the wrong boss, Anub'arak? :-P

Note that quests are now Hotfixed (at least on EU) so you wont be able to do it more then once per 7 days.

Before was like this : Tuesday was a quest reset and if you completed it in this day, you can do it again at Saturday.
(you could also do it 1 day after but you had to do 10 and 25 man versions of instance)
