That quest drove me crazy cuz i coudn't find the Lithe Stalker, he is just behind the quest giver, if you completed the previous quest.

go to 59,73... you will see the skeletal runesmith's working. just use the command " Throw Rock" on one of the umbral brutes and they will automaticly walk over and pick a fight with the nearest skeletal runesmith.

It is important to note that you can throw the rock 5x at one single Brute almost immediately right after each other and get quest credit for all of them.

You don't have to run or jump back after you done this quest, just leave the vehicle control and you'll be returned to where you take control of the stalker.

To clarify, you need to throw the rock at the Umbral Brute while he is walking next to a skeletal runesmith.

Please also be aware this is a chosen spot by many to grind xp, especially mages. It may be hard to do this quest if you don't spam the one Brute quickly. Or if they continue to tag and kill quest mobs, ask them to hold for 20secs :P

When I came to this website to check out what I had to do there wasn't any information about where to obtain a stalker or where to get it for the quest. There is an Eye of Domination closeby the questgiver which gives control to the nearby stalker

For people like me who just accepted all 3 quests and then had something else to do =P =)

PS: Why can they make leaps like that and not Heroic Leap for Warriors?

Grammatical error in the quest text. The word "Lets" in the sentence "Lets take advantage of this..." should have an apostrophe- let's.

My first comment was purged, but you mustn't ignore bad grammar!

The sentence, "Lets take advantage of this inevitable animosity...," is incorrect. It should be let's, not lets. Let's is the contraction of "let us".

I'm not sure if they've corrected this in game or not, yet.

Very important! Use the eye of domination behind the quest giver up the hill a little ways to control a lithe stalker...the quest instructions SUCK...thanks Blizzard...

When attempting this quest my 'Throw Rock' command wouldn't work at all. It kept saying either "Out of bounds", "Too far away", or "Invalid Target." After trying a few things what ended up working was just hitting the 'Leave Vehicle' button and click the Eye of Dominion again. Refreshing the Lithe Stalker seemed to be all that was needed. Hope that helps someone else out that was wondering what was going on like I was.

[The major difference between vargul and lesser undead minions is that vargul still possess enough of their minds to despise being used for labor. Never will a vargul be pleased to be working aside skeletons or ghouls.

Lets take advantage of this inevitable animosity and start some fights between the umbral brutes and the other undead in Malykriss. That should serve to slow production and bring the death knights down to babysit.

Should be simple - throw rocks at the brutes as they near lesser undead.]
