Unfortunately this is currently BiS for Holy Paladins (that dont have Val'anyr). You probably shouldn't take it over a DPS caster, since they can utilize all the weapon's stats, but sooner or later you should think about getting your hands on one of those. Lets hope they buff Trauma to suck a bit less, or that there is another healing weapon in ICC that hasn't been discovered yet.
Otherwise this one here is the only upgrade in ICC 25man for Holy Pallies using Mortalis/Suffering's End.
