Pretty much the best wand for healing priests before stepping in to naxx. Shadowpriests might want to consider the wand from Anub'Arak though.

Also seems to be a typo in the name, Ahnkahet instead of Ahn'kahet

I must say this, and it must be said in bold. Mages of all specs, SHOULD roll on this wand!

Your group may tell you "Oh you don't need spirit, you're a mage". What I've noticed is that most people that don't have a mage alt or main at this level, don't realize that Molten Armor uses spirit to calculate your critical strike rating now (instead of giving you a flat unchanging % increase as before). This is supported more by the fact that Glyph of Molten Armor adds another 20% of your spirit to crits.

So this wand is no longer restricted to use by priests. It's a very viable candidate for a mage wand. I was glad when it dropped, and I was the only clothy in the group. So I gladly need rolled on it and replaced https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=37038
