Proteção Elemental

The 6% damage reduction provided by this talent is unconditional and thus very effective at protecting you from all sorts of damage. While you could be getting more damage elsewhere, this is a strong defensive talent for situations that call for it.

Devastação Elemental

This talent is easy to get in the Elemental tree and improves your melee Critical Strike chance significantly after a spell crit, which contributes to greater Ímpeto uptime and general damage.

Fúria Elemental

Having larger spell crits is a significant damage increase, especially for Spellhance builds.

Enhancement Tree Talents

Conhecimento Ancestral

A weak talent considering it eats up 5 full points for just 10% extra Intellect. Still, due to its competition being rather weak, you are likely to get at least 2 points in it.

Domínio da Terra

A talent mostly for PvP, it improves your survivability through Glifo de Totem da Garra de Pedra and the extra slow range / lower cooldown on Totem de Prisão Terrena.

Totens de Aprimoramento

While not the most impactful talent in solo play, this talent will improve Totem da Força da Terra beyond what other classes can provide, making it useful to have on at least one Xamã in a raid setting.

Totens Guardiões

The main benefit of this talent is in the 2 second Totem de Aterramento cooldown reduction, which can allow you to eat some incoming enemy abilities more often, and even a single grounding can turn around a game when properly timed.

Lobo Fantasma Aprimorado

This talent makes Lobo Fantasma instant cast, making it infinitely more comfortable to use and non-interruptible, which is of particular use in PvP.

Ímpeto

The increased attack speed given by this talent is extremely significant for our DPS. Notably, you can have the 30% attack speed bonus for 6 swings rather than 3 if both of your weapons are swinging at the same time, as the loss of a Flurry stack has a small internal cooldown.

Destreza Mental

While the conversion is only 1 Intellect to 1 Attack Power, having this talent allows you to scale your damage from Intellect, which increases the value of items with that stat, and also of Conhecimento Ancestral, slightly.

Ataque da Tempestade

As its damage is not normalized, Stormstrike hits much harder with slower weapons, which should be your favored weapons. It also causes your next four Nature damage spells to hit 20% harder, which works perfectly with Arma da Voragem and Choque Terreno.

Choque Estático

With this talent you can use Escudo de Raios for extra damage, even if you are never attacked directly. It also increases the amount of charges on your Lightning Shield, for easy maintenance.

Açoite de Lava

Lava Lash is, unfortunately, a very weak attack, and should thus be a button that is mostly used when everything else is on cooldown.

Rapidez Mental

This talent allows your Spell Power to scale significantly with your Attack Power, thus allowing you to have high Spell Power (which is especially valuable for Spellhance / in AoE situations) passively when using Agility / Attack Power gear. Spell Power weapons have much more of this stat than Agility weapons which makes them very valuable, but regular Attack Power gear will generally be superior to Spell Power gear, even for Spellhance, due to this talent.

Arma da Voragem

With this talent, when attacking enemies you build Maelstrom Weapon charges which can then be spent to reduce the cast time of your spells. This allows you to weave melee and spell attacks together, and timely use of the charges is critical for dealing high damage in all types of content, or for emergency healing.

Espírito Feral

When used, this talent creates two wolves that attack your enemies and have multiple useful abilities: Andar Espiritual, Trombar and Caçada Espiritual. They deal very high damage and are a critical part of your burst damage, especially in PvP as their abilities make it harder for enemies to fight back.

Best Glyphs for Enhancement Shaman in Wrath of the Lich KingGlifo de Ataque da TempestadeGlifo de Nova de FogoGlifo de Arma com LabaredasArma de Fúria dos Ventos

Glifo de Ataque da Tempestade - Ataque da Tempestade's Nature damage bonus goes from 20% to 28%. This is a pretty decent damage increase.

Glifo de Nova de Fogo - Nova de Fogo cooldown is 3 seconds lower. As its base cooldown is already so short, this is can be a large AoE damage increase.

Glifo de Arma com Labaredas - Arma de Labaredas grants 2% Spell Crit per weapon imbued with it. With double Flametongue on a Spellhance setup, this totals 4% Crit and a significant amount of added damage.

Glifo de Arma de Fúria dos Ventos - Arma de Fúria dos Ventos has 2% higher chance to trigger, while this is a weak effect at low gear levels, it scales better with gear than Flametongue, making it a strong option in the later tiers.

Glifo de Espírito Feral - Espírito Feral will hit even harder with this glyph, as it will make them scale better with your own gear.

Glifo de Choque - Your shocks have a 0.5 second lower cooldown. This allows you to quickly weave in other abilities for higher burst damage in PvP.

Glifo de Escudo de Raios - Escudo de Raios deals 20% more damage, a simple throughput increase that is much better when soloing.

Glifo de Andar sobre a Água - Removes the reagent cost on Andar sobre a Água, making your life a little bit easier.

Glifo de Vida Renovada - Removes the reagent cost of Reencarnação, a quality of life increase.

Glifo de Respiração Aquática - Removes the reagent cost of Respiração Aquática, which is also a quality of life increase.

Glifo de Escudo de Água - Increases the amount of charges on Escudo de Água by 1, allowing you to have to recast it less often.

Glifo de Lobo Fantasma - Causes Lobo Fantasma to regenerate 1% of your life every 5 seconds. Not very significant but better than nothing whenever you can use Ghost Wolf regularly.

FYI, At the very bottom of this page under the Minor Glyphs sections, you have "Glyph of water breathing" listed twice.

Hello! i see you recently updated this page in March '23. Question, you only have spellhance talents/glyphs listed.. any idea what gear level/set we could swap from spellpower setups into physical things. and what glyphs we could use aside from maybe flametongue if we are gonna be able to do WF/FT enhances. also could you recommend a spec that doesnt have Imp WF? i've never had to run it in Wrath as I've always had a frost DK in 25mans.

Would you think that taking any points into elemental warding (damage reduction) would be useful for survival with some of these aoe mechanics and such in ulduar? im not sure how dangerous ToC mechanics are raid wide, nor ICC. but im tempted to use it. i see you changed from having improved shields i believe from last phase, so i may swap points from there to EW for survivability.

Could you possibly break out glyphs into slots 1/2/3 and what you would recommend maybe per fight basis going forward?

Thanks!

Hello, in case you have a frost dk with imp icy talons, isn't it just better to swap imp WF with the Improved Shields talent for the extra lightning shield damage?
